Everything I ordered showed up exactly right, and it got shipped out faster than I thought it would. I was kind of expecting to be waiting around for a bit, checking tracking and all that, but nope, it was on its way quick. No issues with anything, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered from Tatsoul a while back, and from what I remember, the quality was solid. Nothing really stood out as a problem, so that’s a good sign. I don’t remember every little detail of the order, but I do remember thinking it ended up costing more than I expected, especially once shipping was added. Good stuff overall, but I’d probably shop around a bit before ordering again...

I’ll be honest, I was mostly paying attention to whether the warranty process was going to turn into a hassle, and it really didn’t. The return instructions were easy enough to follow, and support got back to me quickly. I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch, which I appreciated. It was smoother than I expected, so I’m giving it 5 stars

Had this chair about 3 years now and it’s still holding up fine. The vinyl’s got some wear, but nothing major. Shipping was a little slow last time, though

I wanted to like this chair, but... it just didn’t hold up. It felt kind of cheap from the start, and after using it for a little while, the wear started showing fast. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but I definitely expected better quality

It definitely looks clean and professional, but compared to other designs I’ve used, this one feels a bit cold and plain. It gets the job done, just doesn’t have much personality

The site was easy to use overall and I got through everything without much trouble, checkout was okay too, nothing super special but it worked and I didn’t really have any issues.

I really wanted to like my Tatsoul chair, especially since it looks nice, but it just hasn’t been comfortable for me in actual daily use.

After a few hours, my lower back starts bothering me, and the armrests never seem to sit where I need them. I’ve tried adjusting it a bunch, but the options feel limited, and the instructions/support info weren’t very clear either, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

For the price, I expected better ergonomics and clearer communication about what could actually be adjusted. It might work for someone else, but for long sessions it’s been frustrating, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from tatsoul the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and my package ended up arriving late, so I had to keep checking on it myself instead of just getting clear updates. I get that delays happen, but at the very least, customers deserve decent communication when they’ve paid for something. I wouldn’t count on them if you need your order by a certain date.

I ordered a chair from Tatsoul, and overall my gut says it was a good buy. The setup was mostly straightforward, though the box was definitely heavy and a couple parts of the instructions left me guessing for a minute.

All the pieces were there, and with another person helping, it took us about 45 minutes to get it together. Once it was assembled, it felt sturdy right away, and the adjustments worked the way I expected them to.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one bolt was a pain to line up, and that was the only part that really annoyed me. Not a dealbreaker at all, though, and customer support got back to me quickly when I had a quick question.

I reached out for help and I’m still waiting to hear back. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but at this point I’m being cautious because there hasn’t been any follow-up or support
